Canceling Your Pinshop Rewards Membership

For Paid Members

If you are a paid member and are not satisfied with the Pinshop Rewards program, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply go to your Member Account page, which is accessible from your Pinshop Account page on our website and in our mobile apps. When you cancel, your membership will be set to expire on your next renewal date. However, you will continue to enjoy reward and benefit access throughout your current membership term. Please note that we do not issue refunds on the membership fee, except during Pinshop’s standard cancellation window immediately after the order.

For Cardholders

If you are a cardholder, you can cancel your membership by closing your Pinshop Family of Brands credit card at any time. Once your card account is closed, your enrollment in the program will end. All rewards will be forfeited 90 days after notice of the card account closure is sent, unless you enroll in the program as a paid member by paying the annual membership fee within 30 days of the expiration of your free cardholder membership.

Refunds on the Membership Fee

Outside of immediate cancellations within Pinshop’s standard cancellation window, the membership fee is non - refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation and sustainability of the rewards program.

Managing Your Pinshop Rewards Membership Settings

You can manage various aspects of your membership settings from your Member Account page. Here, you'll find a dashboard that shows your benefits and activity, access to a members - only support line, the option to update your birthday information, set your preferred payment method, and, if needed, cancel your membership. To reach this page, log in to your Pinshop account and click on the relevant option to access your account settings.

Finding Your Reward Dollar Balance

Your Reward Dollar balance can be found directly from your Account Balance page or from your Pinshop Rewards Member Account page. From these pages, you can click to view more detailed information about your reward history. This includes an overview of your earnings and redemptions over time. Keep in mind that earned Reward Dollars will not be added to your account until 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Receiving Your Rewards

Reward Dollars are calculated and added to your account within 48 hours of item shipment for online orders. For in - store transactions, they are issued upon purchase. You won't be able to see your Reward Dollars in your account until this time has passed.

Rewards and Order Cancellations or Returns

Rewards are not earned on orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded. If a cancellation, return, or refund occurs after shipment, any previously earned rewards related to that order will be deducted from your account. In some specific cases, this may result in a negative reward balance.

What Happens to Your Rewards When Your Membership Expires

When your membership expires, you will lose access to all earned rewards and any other program benefits (except where prohibited by law). Membership expiration can happen if there is a failed payment on your renewal date. So, it's important to regularly check and ensure that your payment methods are active and up - to - date.

Disputing Your Reward Dollar Balance

If you believe that your Reward Dollar balance is missing rewards that you should have earned and they have not been posted to your account within 45 days of your product shipping, you can dispute your reward balance by calling us. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate your dispute if you notify us within 90 days of the purchase date. When disputing, please provide any relevant purchase receipts and shipment/receipt confirmations. Pinshop has the sole discretion in resolving such disputes.
