How Will You Receive Your Refund?

If your refund necessitates a return, it will typically be processed after the item has been received and thoroughly inspected at our Pinshop warehouse. This process might take up to 14 business days, although in some cases, your refund could be processed more quickly.

You will receive an email notification confirming the issuance of your refund. Depending on your preferences and the nature of your payment, the refund will either be credited to your Pinshop Store Credit for immediate use or returned to the original payment method you used for the order.

It's important to note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to complete the processing of the refund. For more details, please refer to the refund time frames under “When Will I Get My Refund?”.

I Can't Find My Refund - What Should I Do?

If you're unable to locate your refund, don't worry. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

· Check the Amount: Refer to your refund email, which will clearly state the exact amount you should expect to receive.

· Check the Location:

· Double-check your refund email to determine whether the refund was credited to your store credit or returned to your original payment method.

· If it was credited to store credit, you can check your account balance [here](insert relevant link if available).

· If it was supposed to go back to your original payment method, you can verify this by going to “My Orders” and selecting “View Invoice” for the relevant order. The “Payments” section will display the payment method used. Alternatively, you may find this information in your original Order Confirmation email.

· Depending on the payment method (e.g., PayPal), you may need to check your account with the respective payment provider to see if the refund has been received.

· Check the Time Frame:

· If your item needed to be returned, it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to be issued. You can check the “My Orders” section to confirm if the refund has been processed.

· After the refund is issued, it generally takes an average of 3 - 5 business days for a financial institution to process it. However, some payment methods may take longer. Please refer to the refund time frames under “When Will I Get My Refund?” for more specific information.

Other Common Issues

· Authorization Reversals: If your refund was issued while the payment was still “pending,” you won't see a separate refund transaction on your statement. Instead, the original payment will simply not appear. To confirm, you can review your statement to check if the original payment was deducted, or you can contact your issuing bank or payment provider for verification.

· Multiple Payment Methods: If you made the payment using multiple methods (such as a Gift Card, Store Credit, or Rewards), your refund will be issued back to each of those methods proportionally. You can view your Store Credit, Rewards, and Gift Card balances [here](insert relevant link if available). In some cases, the refund may be directly credited back to your gift card. When Will I Get My Refund?

If your refund requires a return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be issued after your return has been processed at our warehouse. Additionally, your financial institution will need time to process the refund. Here is an overview of the average processing times for some common payment methods. If you originally paid using a credit card, debit card, or bank account via PayPal - usually 5 business days, but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company.

My Card Was Canceled / Lost / Changed Since I Placed the Order - How Will I Get My Refund?

In this situation, we will first attempt to process your refund to the original payment method, aiming to redirect it to the underlying bank account. If this attempt is unsuccessful, please contact our support team for further assistance.

I Paid My Credit Card Off Already - How Will I Get My Refund?

If we issue your refund after you've paid off your credit card bill, typically, your card issuer will add the refund as a positive credit to your credit card account.

However, if you have any questions about your card issuer's specific policy, we recommend contacting them directly.

Will My Delivery Ship Fees or Services Be Refunded?

Delivery ship fees or charges for services provided (such as upgraded shipping charges or assembly service) will not be refunded, except in cases where the selected service was not completed (e.g., for an order canceled before shipping). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Can I Change My Refund Method?

Generally, we can issue a refund either to store credit or to the original payment method you used for the order. However, some payment methods require the refund to be processed back to the original method.

If you haven't returned your item yet, you may be able to switch between store credit and the original payment method by visiting “My Orders”.

If this option is not available, it means that the refund method cannot be changed.
