Updating Order Details Before Shipment
Before your order has shipped, you can effortlessly edit its details online. Navigate to the “My Orders” section. Here, you have several options for each item in your order:
· Cancellation Request: You can request to cancel the item if you no longer want it.
· Delivery Method Change: Select a different delivery method that suits your needs better.
· Shipping Address Modification: Update the shipping address. When changing the shipping address, if there is a difference in the sales tax rate for the new address, you will be informed before you submit the change. Once the change request is confirmed, you will be charged or refunded the tax difference, as appropriate.
Please note that for orders placed using Pinshop financing options, Affirm, or PayPal, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Updating an Order in Transit with FedEx
If your order is in transit with FedEx and you have a FedEx tracking number, you can make updates in the following ways:
· FedEx Delivery Manager: Utilize FedEx Delivery Manager to manage your order. This service offers multiple options such as:
· Holding or delaying the package if you're not available to receive it immediately.
· Choosing to pick up the package from a local FedEx location at your convenience.
· Changing the delivery address to a different location.
· Selecting a different delivery day that works better for you.
· Scheduling a specific delivery window.
· Signing for the package online.
· Contacting FedEx: You can also call FedEx at 1 - 800 - 463 - 3339 and request the necessary changes to your order.
Making Changes to Orders Shipped by Carriers Other Than FedEx
If your item is being shipped by a carrier other than FedEx, it is typically considered a large item. Here are the ways you can make changes to such orders:
· Rescheduling Delivery:
· Follow the instructions provided in your scheduled delivery date confirmation email. For large parcel items delivered through the Pinshop Delivery Network, you can reschedule your delivery up until 5 am on the day of delivery.
· Changing the Address:
· For large parcel items, you can change the address of your order online. Go to the “My Orders” section and select the “Change Address” button.
· If the item is already in the process of being prepared for dispatch or has already shipped, we can only forward your address change request to the warehouse or the carrier. However, please note that the change is not guaranteed. Your request will be reviewed within 1 business day, and you will receive an email notification regarding the success of the request.
· Changing the Delivery Method:
Go to the “My Orders” section and select “Change Delivery Method”. For more information on the available delivery method options, refer to the Delivery for Large Items section.
