What's Included in the Service?
With our Self - Service Consolidated Delivery, all eligible items you've ordered will be delivered together. We will make every effort to match the delivery date you selected during checkout.
If your delivery address has any unique features or if there are special instructions you'd like our drivers to know before delivery, please share these details with us. This ensures that the delivery of your items goes as smoothly as possible.
Small Parcel Items
Our delivery team will handle the heavy lifting. They will bring your small parcel items inside your home and place them in the room of your choice.
Large Parcel Items
For large parcel items, our delivery team is committed to providing the best service for each item in your order. They will deliver your item(s) to the most suitable location within your home, whether it's the room of your choice or your garden. If the item requires assembly, they will assemble it, and they will also remove the packaging.
Please note that our delivery team does not perform plumbing installation or electrical wiring services.
How to Prepare for Your Delivery
As you anticipate the arrival of your new item(s), follow these steps:
· Clear the Placement Area: Before the delivery, clear the space where the furniture is to be placed. Our delivery professionals are not authorized to move existing furniture, nor can they relocate or set up electrical equipment. Additionally, they are unable to hang mirrors or wall decor.
· Protect Vulnerable Areas: Take measures to protect floors, furniture, or entryways that could be at risk of damage during the delivery process.
· Secure Pets: Move your pets to a separate room during the delivery to ensure their safety.
How to Track Your Order
You can easily track the progress of your delivery by clicking the “Track Package” button in the “My Orders” section on Pinshop. In case of any delivery delays, we will send you a text message to keep you informed.
Changing Your Address
If the updated address is within the same local delivery team's service area, we will do our utmost to accommodate the change.
Driver Communication on Delivery Day
Yes, the delivery driver will contact you via text message in the morning of the delivery day and approximately 30 minutes before arriving. Two days prior to the delivery, we will send a reminder to the phone number associated with your order. Additionally, you will receive a text or email from Pinshop on the day of your delivery.
Changing Your Delivery Date
Absolutely, you can reschedule your delivery through the “My Orders” section.
Requirement to Be Present for Delivery
Someone who is 18 years or older must be present at the delivery location. Since the delivery requires access to your home or outdoor area, it's essential to have an authorized person available.

Non - Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:
· Open - box items
· Clearance items
· Gift cards
· Personalized items
· Items bundled at discounted rates (except when the entire bundle is being returned)
· Items marked as “Non - Returnable” on the product sale page
· Live plants
